A fresh batch of Trinity Granola has just arrived and the Ladies at the Chapel of all Saints have an addition of an all ORGANIC Rhubarb Ginger Jam … not just the rhubarb but also the fresh and crystallized ginger used in the jam was organically grown too. This is a lower sugar version with no added pectin so it is a very special offering for those who want an organic jam. There will be apples from Starberry Farm and lovely potholders by Ann Gold .

Mary Gates has come up with a Peach Jam with a splash of Lillet .This is a no pectin added jam and while it is not per se a low sugar jam it is lower in sugar than their regular jam offerings.

Going into this Labor Day weekend we start the celebration with Jazz by Carol and Nick !
Tommy Edwards will be there with lots of zinnias in perfect late summer/early fall colors, some dahlias, giant hydrangeas and amaranth, and celosia. Maybe some other surprises that survived the harsh rain. Margaret Tully has somewhat given over the reigns to Tommy who grows all his own Flowers from seed . A transplant from NY this is his first Season . Margaret will certainly be available for you to contact her directly with any special needs.
Wendy Welshans will have chicken and duck eggs , Basil , Curly and Russian kale , Spearmint , Chocolate mint , Locally grown popcorn, fresh popped and ready to eat!
Ann Gold reports that she has concocted apple butter and pear-chocolate jam . And there will be Starberry Farm Peaches , Zestar Apples and purple plums and yummy crunchy Trinity Granola as well .

As we are humming along into summer we will again have an abundance of organic strawberries picket by Jorie and myself at Thompson Finch Farm in Ancram NY. They have a new field this year and the strawberries are outstanding .
We added a Medium Roast Decaf to our coffee selection ground and as whole bean . Of course we will have the Inspiration Blend and French Roast as usual and coffee to go by donation .
Nancy Rohr keeps surprising the audience with gorgeous container plant arrangements and what an easy addition on a porch , by the front door to celebrate the season.

We added a Medium Roast Decaf to our coffee selection ground and as whole bean . Of course we will have the Inspiration Blend and French Roast as usual and coffee to go by donation .
Nancy Rohr keeps surprising the audience with gorgeous container plant arrangements and what an easy addition on a porch , by the front door to celebrate the season.

Ann Gold for Chapel of all Saints will provide the Market with Blueberry Rhubarb Jam along with the concoctions she created in previous weeks . And Trinity has delivered a fresh batch of their Granola . This all benefits local food programs .
Nick the Knife will make a return .
For most part we will be humming along with what the offerings have been the last two weekends .

, kale , Last weekend the lovely Nancy Rohr organic gardener extraordinaire joined our Market with gorgeous container plantings and will continue to do so . This compliments Margaret Tully's cut floral arrangements so very well .
We will have an abundant supply of farm fresh eggs from Wendy Welshans The Roost Micro Farm and Falls Village Mountain View Farm .
Strawberries are now in Season and we will have them at the Market this Saturday as well picket at Thompson Finch organic farm in Ancram NY.
You should see a repeat of Carol Bonci's menu from last week ,Pizza Margherita , Seared Shiitake Pizza , Sage and Red Onion Pizza , Roasted Pear Gorgonzola Focaccia , Tomato Feta Focaccia , Rosemary Shallot Squares , Roasted Tomato Reggiano Squares , Sesame Celtic Salt Rolls , Gluten-free Sesame Rolls , Gluten-free Sesame Cheddar Rolls and the much anticipated Pane Paesanella .
Amy at Church Farm baked up a storm last weekend and will be back with such .
As the growing season is unfolding will the Rodriguez brothers farm have a more steady offering of seasonable produce , asparagus , radishes , salad turnips, kale , herbs , flowers & of course lemonade ......
Again we will have Trinity Granola , Coffee,Tea, Etc. Coffee , Jorie's popcorn , Chapel of all Saints jams , dog biscuits .

Also she will have patchwork potholders with fruit and veggie print fabrics. Mary Gates may be doing Strawberry Rhubarb or Rhubarb ginger jam .
Wendy Welshans will have chicken and duck eggs , spearmint , dried organic hot peppers and Jorie's local organic popcorn again .
Oh and not to forget we will be carrying Heidi's Trinity Granola . Proceeds will again be donated to the Chapel of all Saints for a good cause .
Of course Margaret will be supplying us with some gorgeous bouquets , we will once more have coffee by Coffee-Tea-Etc. , Doggy Biscuits , goods from the Rodriguez brothers and Church Farm .

Claire is on her way with her sourdough. Hurry, it goes fast!
