This being our last Market for the year I wish to thank all for a marvelous Market Season . Though times are challenging this has been a fun and nourishing weekly event that will be missed by many . Don't dismay there will be another year ; )

Throughout the season our little Market has been raising funds for local food charities through the sales of jams , jellies , maple syrup and seasonal fruit . This weekend again we are offering truly delicious apples from Starberry Farm . Available will be giant Honey Crisp , Macoun and Cortland . A Strawberry jam concoction is in the works as well .
Celebrate the season with Margaret Tully's floral arrangements . Enjoy Carol Bonci's pizzas , focaccias , deep dish pizza squares , gluten free rolls and alas pane paesaella ; ) Church Farm will have their remaining harvest available and Amy's mini pies and berry squares . The Rodriguez brothers will be there with their dynamite lettuce , mushrooms and such . As always there will be chicken and duck eggs , coffee from Coffee-Tea-etc., dog biscuits , Maple Syrup and of course Nick the Knife ; )

For Jams this weekend we will have strawberry plum, low sugar and apple butter made by Ann Gold on the Farm . A big thank you to another amazing lady . And yes we will have again Zestra Apples from Starberry Farm at the Market , crunchy sweet yet pungently acidic in a very complementary way .
Church Farm will have its usual array of green beans , cherry tomatoes , long horn peppers , eggplant , regular tomatoes and Amy's fabulous raspberry crumb , pear crumb and peach crumb cakes . Melissa Breyette will be supplying us with deep dark brownies , and gluten free coconut almond cakes for sure .
The Rodriguez brothers will compliment with lettuce , mushrooms , cucumbers and zucchini .

While the peach crops in our area have had a tough year may you enjoy delicious jam made from not so perfect looking but never the less tasty peaches . A memento of a season in a jar . With recently restored electricity Carol Bonci will be back with all her savory offerings . It was a touch and go as more tree limbs had obstructed the flow of power . The Rodriguez brothers will be back with lettuce , cucumbers , mushrooms , herbs , squash and more . Church Farm will complement with their gorgeous eggplant , peppers , varieties of tomatoes , cucumber and other seasonal vegetables . Amy will be offering her delicious berry squares and breads . It is garlic scape time grown by Roxann at RD Farm ! Other than that you can expect the following from the Rodriguez brothers : lettuce , radishes , asparagus , yellow and green squash , cucumbers , brussel Sprouts , assorted herbs , rhubarb , mushrooms for sure . With Jorie Welshans help we picked about 27 pounds of strawberries which will be available . Bespoke Condiments offers you to supply them with about two pounds of your own fruit to whip up jam of your choice .
While the dried hot peppers have come to an end with the Roost mini sustainable Farm will they have plenty of duck and chicken eggs and a chocolate mint that in fact has a slight hint of chocolate when eaten - Hm , how about a salad with lettuce , sliced strawberries and chopped choco mint . That should make for a good taste of summer .
