Blueberries are here . Old Barn Farm in Goshen has blueberry shrubs that are loaded . Such delight !
Michele Paladino will have some blueberry shrubs and the last of sweet pea bouquets .
Ann Gold's preserves of the week are  Asian Plum Sauce and Strawberry Lemon jam .
Now that the heatwave has passed Treasa will have all her salves with her again including the poison Ivy remedy & lots of bug spray too. 
Pebbles 
will have special French pastries and their new "Sacher" walnut tort with orange confit and molten dark chocolate cakes as well as their regular assortment of baked goods, kimchi, pickles, sourdough breads, and granola. 
Nick the Knife will be there sharpening all knives and garden tools and scissors...with lovely asian "Sheng Fui" chefs knives for sale.

This weekend we will have the last of the local strawberries for the season. In keeping with the seasonable theme Ann Gold will have Strawberry Jalapeno jam .
As per Michele Palladino master gardener with a keen sense for native plants  ,                                                        "When the weather makes you see 'White' it's time to swap out the heat stroked violas for :
Geranium 'Midnight Ghost'
White 'Rainmaster' petunias (super fragrant)
Alyssum and others for festive and fragrant containers!   "
Annette of Traders Hill Farm will have all the usual vegetables  plus a wavy snow pea blend… Sugar snap peas… and some fava beans.  And of course she will have her delicious focaccia , giant chocolate chip cookies , cracker jacks and delicious cheeses from 109 Main in Kent .
Pebbles is planning to bring their usual assortment of scones, muffins, madeleines, sourdough breads, kimchi, and ricotta quiche. For the July 4th they will have Strawberry-Rhubarb Tarts, Blueberry Tart with Custard Cream, and Pain aux Raisins. Pre-order until Friday at noon at [email protected].
​Treasa is bringing chilled Brazilian limeade to cool things down ; ) and the Carol and Nick Duo will ad some festive tunes to celebrate this July 4th
I believe Wendy will be back with her yummy Hot Hot Sauce and we will have the usual coffee tasting from No.Six Depot which by the way you can also purchase at The Pink House ; ) or enjoy Monday -Saturday 7:30-noon .

Ta da! Mother Tree Fire Cider salad dressing is ready for market! Perfect on Annette’s gorgeous greens! Trader Hills Farm will have much the same as in the last weeks , amazing salad mix , gorgeous tasty head lettuce , bok choi , garlic scapes , radishes, kale , rainbow Swiss chard , .... cookies , dog biscuits , focaccia , cheeses and I could go on .
Jam flavors of the week are blueberry mojito and nectarine ginger . Life can be so sweet ; )
To quote Nick the Knife "I'll be at the market ready to sharpen...and have some fabulous new Asian sheng fui chefs knives...pick one up and feel the difference.....and let's keep our wits SHARP!!

Flavor of the week will be Pineapple Cranberry Jam and Strawberry Orange Marmalade.
Cabra Farm will be there with their fragrant soaps and recently added Brazilian baked goods such as Pao de Queijo and Bolo de Cenoura . 
Pebbles is bringing their assortment of scones, muffins, madeleines, walnut loaves, sourdough breads, gochujang cookies (GF) and kimchi, pickles and granolas.  For Father's Day they are offering strawberry-rhubarb tart and strawberry tart with vanilla cream. They accept orders at [email protected] until Friday at noon for the market pickups.
Strawberry season is in full swing  , Traders Hill Farm will be present with all fabulous greens as had in the past weeks + cheese + focaccia + chocolate chip cookies and Cracker Jacks !
Try the most nutritious broccoli sprouts Treasa offers aside from all her amazing herbal products . Her knowledge is genuine and worth indulging in .
There will be hot sauce and we are going to be offering coffee by donation as usual . Nick the knife should be there as well . 
We will be extending the Market hours to 1:30 .

Strawberry Season is here ! Freshly picked for you at Deeply Rooted Farms in Harwinton CT , cash only please as we want to support our local farmers 100% ; )
The Preserves flavor of the week is  blueberry plum jam and mango-pineapple salsa.
Pebbles Bakery will be bringing strawberry-rhubarb tarts as special desserts in addition to all their regular offerings.
Annette of Traders Hill Farm will be offering  strawberries from Conundrum Farm and greens , salad mix and head lettuce and she'll have her bok choy and garlic scapes . And she does a yummy Cracker Jack Popcorn, choco chip cookies and focaccia . And let's not forget the delicious cheese ; )
Wendy Welshans promises "knock your socks off" hot sauce and eggs .
Cabra Farm is joining us again with beautifully crafted goat milk soaps . And Nick is going to be there to take care of any dull edges .
And all else should be the same as in the last weeks including coffee .

​Here is to a balmy weekend with good vibes , swinging tunes by Carol & Nick , fantastic food and comradery .
Treasa will be bringing a refreshing iced lavender lemonade! 🍋🍋🍋🍋 and lots of sprouts in addition to her herbal salves , lotions , potions and teas .

In the spirit of our 250th - celebrating CT tobacco , Michele Paladino will have three ornamental varieties of  it this week : 'Chocolate chip', 'Lemon tree', and 'Watercolors' - they will bloom all season & are perfect for intermingling in your perennial border.
Ann Gold promises Strawberry Mango jam as the flavor of this week.
Annette of Traders Hill Farm will again have a wide variety of greens, head lettuces , salad mix from Conundrum Farms  , lots of  crunchy bok choy from her garden as well as cheese from 109 and focaccia , cracker jack popcorn… and hopefully some dog cookies!! 
Come sample and get hooked on Wendy Welshans Hot Sauce . In addition she will have eggs etc.
Pebbles will have aside  from their usual assortment of baked goods and granola their new "Sacher" Walnut Torte with Orange Confit, sourdough breads, ricotta quiche and fresh batch of kimchi and pickles.  They are super happy about the new Walnut Tort and are happy to take pre-order at [email protected] for the market pickups.

Michele Paladino of Lindera Farm will be back with blue-eyed grass, a lovely well mannered native perennial that is blooming now, and is very soil adaptive.  The locally collected seed for this beauty have shimmery azure 'blue' flowers a different shade than varieties in the nursery trade.  
Pebbles will be offering  scones, muffins, madeleines, walnut loaves, sourdough breads & pizza and a fresh batch of kimchi and pickles. Special this week will be a new "layered" cake with orange confit .
Ann Gold's latest concoctions will be Bramble Chutney (apple, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, onion, garlic, raisins, 1 jalapeno, spices) and Rhubarb Ginger Jam .
Traders Hill Farm will have the same amazing vegetables as last week , head lettuces , mixed greens , radishes, bok choy , Annette's fabulous focaccia  , cookies and the cheeses from 109 in Kent . Treasa is adding  broccoli and mung bean sprouts and will have her usual herbal remedies .
Nick the Knife will be available for all your sharpening needs .
There will be coffee and good cheer !

Happy Memorial Day weekend!
Rhubarb Mezcal Jam and Strawberry Orange Marmalade made by Ann Gold will be awaiting you .

Annette from Traders Hill Farm is offering  baby bok choy this week and the same salad mixes , veggies, focaccia, chocolate chip cookies and  in addition cheeses too . 
Treasa Pattison is bringing broccoli sprouts , mung bean sprouts and also a fresh batch of poison Ivy remedies along with her vast array of herbal wholesome products. From Wendy you can expect  hot sauce, chicken eggs and rhubarb this week. 
Pebbles will have their 
usual assortment of scones, muffins, donuts, walnut loaf, madeleine, sourdough bread and kimchi and pickles. They  will also have tarte aux pommes and strawberry-rhubarb tart and gochujang cookies, maybe even some pizzas!  
There will be Cabra Farm with their delicious scented products .
Nick will be available for your sharpening needs of any cutting implements and all this will be serenaded by the tunes of the Carol and Nick Duo ; )
And grab a cup of coffee as well during this Social event .

Here we start growing again . 
​Treasa will be at the Market with broccoli and mung bean sprouts and lots and lots of bug spray aside from all her other herbal remedies .

Annette of Trades Hill Farm will have arugula , salad mix , some spinach & salad turnips crunchy as can be . Do try her sweet and savory focaccia & chocolate chip cookies + local cheeses from 109 Cheese shop in Kent .
Ann Gold is working on 
orange marmalade & strawberry rhubarb jam . 
Pebbles offerings will include 
assortment of sourdough breads, scones, muffins, donuts, walnut loaves, madeleines, granola, kimchi and pickles.  For special dessert they are aiming for strawberry-rhubarb tart.  
Cabra Farm will join us again with their goat milk soaps , shea butters & essential oils .

Join us this coming Saturday for our first of the Season outdoor Farm Market in West Cornwall celebrating in style with the swinging tunes of The Carol & Nick Duo and Coffee as usual on donation basis sourced from Cornwall Bridge Coffee .
Treasa Pattison of Mother Tree Remedies will have her usual remedies and some bags of fresh broccoli sprouts, see image above .
Ann Gold will have an assortment of her jams .
An new addition to our Market is Annette of Trades Hill Farm based in Kent who will start us out with arugula & salad mix definitely, some spinach likely and hopefully some more items + she will be baking focaccia & chocolate chip cookies…. and bring local cheeses from 109 Cheese shop in Kent and tulips from her farm . Oh how sophisticated we will be .
The amazing Michelle Paladino of Lindera Farms will have a few perennial plants, sweet peas, nasturtiums, tomatoes, a few herbs, small bouquets (fingers crossed) .
Wendy Welshans has been perfecting her Hot Hot Sauce .
Nick the Knife will be there to give all things that have gotten dull over the winter a cutting edge once more .
And then there is Pebbles who we love for all their French baked goods . They will have their signature
 sourdough breads, assortment of baked goods (scones, muffins, madeleines, walnut loavs,etc), kimchi, and Mother’s Day special dessert “Chunky Strawberry Tart”. They will also have a new surprise item at the market.  
As always there is plenty of parking in the Railroad Square , if you bring your dogs please keep them on a leach and make sure you clean up after them and remember Cash is King ; )
